How about some info about yourself. The HobbyZone Super Cub is a popular radio-controlled (RC) airplane designed for beginners. If you're interested in this I can look them up and get you some links/info. I've recently seen other brands that do more for almost half the cost. I have a 4 port charger I got yeart ago for $50 and don't regret it. Going this route keeps efficiency up and gives you an opportunity to rest and check you plane for heat. If you're looking for more flight time and don't mind swapping out batteries then there are a growing number of 1S chargers that will charge 4 lipos at a time. It's fun but I don't think I could sustain 30 minutes unless I had some nice thermal activity or a good area to slope soar. My longest flying 1S plane is my UMX Radian which can stay up over 10 minutes but that is using the motor only to climb and then chopping the throttle and cruising around on air currents as long as possible. ![]() If you're looking for longer flights you can get that with larger battery capacities to a point but as the capacities increase so does weight and with that a decrease in efficiency.
